Advanced BSL-3 containerized laboratory delivered to Mauritius

IMeBIO is proud to announce the successful delivery of an advanced BSL-3 containerized laboratory to Mauritius. This state-of-the-art facility, housed in a 40-foot ISO container, underscores our commitment to quality and excellence in biosafety solutions.

The laboratory was delivered to our esteemed partner, HealthActiv, an IBL Group company, which emerged as the successful bidder in response to the tender: "Renforcement des Réseaux Régionaux de Surveillance Épidémiologique (RSIE 4) AAO No: N°COI/RSIE4/DC/2022/001". This tender is part of a larger initiative to enhance regional epidemiological surveillance networks, a critical component in the global fight against infectious diseases.

The new BSL-3 laboratory is designated for the Ministère de la Santé et du Bien-Être and will be installed at the Dr. AG Jeetoo Hospital in Mauritius. This facility is designed to support advanced research and diagnostics, providing a controlled environment for the safe handling and study of highly infectious agents.
